Ugly Boat Race




Oxford Vs Cambridge..






This afternoon, here in London the annual Oxford vs Cambridge Boat Race will take place.   It is steeped in history and tens of thousands of people will line the banks of the Thames to watch.   As for further details I am afraid you will have to look up Wiki.



The strange thing is that you should never tell a Londoner that they have an Ugly Boat Race.......................Cockney rhyming slang once more.............Boat Race – Face.

 Addendum:  Cambridge Ladies won the ladies race by a mile...…
                       
                     Cambridge Men also won the main race........
